Delivery:
Simply trained and briefed brand ambassadors to perform the often-gruelling task of collecting data from prospective members of Cannons.
This activity took place across the 52 Cannons sites throughout the UK. Teams were expected to get personal details and go through a number of qualifying questions about the present health and fitness of individuals. It was paramount that all details were collected and recorded in a clear and concise manner. The majority of this activity took place on the streets in local areas.
Due to the provision of high quality brand ambassadors, Simply teams were invited to be utilised across the group internally as sales assistance in varying capacities, from manning referral desks to calling up prospects to book appointments.
Outcome:
Cannons hit targets across the group in both months and saw an increase in memberships of 15% year on year.
